Donald Trump’s niece Mary called up an attorney to get his take on the New York appellate court’s recent ruling to uphold Judge Arthur Engoron’s gag order — and she said it looks bleak for her uncle.

“Donald will be in jail very soon,” Joe Gallina told Mary Trump, she told her substack subscribers Thursday.

She then wrote, “Knowing Donald personally, I fully agree.”

Engoron — the judge overseeing Trump’s $250 million civil court trial — instated the limited gag order last month to stop the former president from targeting his staff on social media. It was put on hold while Trump appealed, but was reinstated Thursday.

In a later filing, Engoron explained that he and a law clerk Trump accused of bias had received credible death threats.

When the appeal court's ruling came through Thursday, Engoron vowed to enforce the gag order with vigor.

“I intend to enforce the gag orders rigorously and vigorously,” Engoron reportedly said in court. "I want to make sure that counsel informs their clients of the fact that the stay was vacated."

The limited gag order does not protect speech against Engoron or his wife, which Trump quickly tested by sharing since-debunked social media posts he falsely claimed came from the judge’s wife.

Mary Trump, a psychologist, argues Trump won’t be able to prevent himself from pushing the gag order envelope further.

“Donald’s massive ego and insecurity make him unable to follow this order,” she writes. “When he is under pressure, he has zero self control.”

And Gallina believes the situation will likely escalate to jail time because Trump has already faced two fines — which amounted to $15,000 — for violating the gag order's limits.

“He was ALREADY warned about possible imprisonment – not once, but TWICE,” Gallina told Mary Trump. “He is out of chances.”

"Jail is next." added Mary Trump.
