Donald Trump demanded a mistrial in his $250 million civil fraud case Friday over debunked claims about the civil court judge’s wife is biased against him.

The former president took to Truth Social to complain of social media posts he said — despite a lack of evidence and a court investigation's dismissal — came from Justice Arthur Engoron’s spouse.

“Judge Engoron’s Wife deleted her account yesterday, because what she said, in any other Court in the Nation, would call for an immediate Mistrial with sanctions against the Judge and the Attorney General,” Trump wrote.

“We demand to see her account before it was deleted, and all other Family Members likewise.”

This message arrived one day after a New York’s Court Administration office said Engoron’s wife was not behind posts.

"They are not hers,” Al Baker reportedly said in a statement. “Justice Engoron’s wife has sent no social media posts regarding the former president.”

Engoron, who has already found Trump liable for fraud, is overseeing the civil case that could threaten Trump’s business empire.

Trump also took the opportunity to insult Engoron and Letitia James, the New York attorney general who brought the lawsuit against him.

He wrote, "Judge Engoron is a Trump Hater and Puppet for Letitia James, all wrapped up in one!”
