'Warning signs for Trump': Two-thirds of Haley's NC voters say Trump not mentally fit

Former President Donald Trump is not mentally fit to serve as president, according to a majority of Nikki Haley supporters in North Carolina.

Exit polls published by CNN showed what correspondent Manu Raju called "warning signs for Trump" in the Super Tuesday contest.

The exit polls indicated that 66% of Haley's North Carolina voters felt that Trump was not mentally fit to serve as president.

Additionally, 81% of Haley's voters in North Carolina said they would not automatically vote for Trump if he was the nominee.

With about 60% of the ballots counted in North Carolina, Haley had received about 22% of the votes, CNN reported.

Trump was expected to defeat Haley in most of the races on Super Tuesday.
