Simply calling former President Donald Trump "arrogant" is apparently now enough to get you exiled from the good graces of House Republicans.
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) on Thursday announced that she was withdrawing her endorsement of Republican congressional hopeful Craig Riedel over what she claimed were "inappropriate" comments made about the former president.
"Earlier this week, I informed Craig Riedel (OH-09) that I will be withdrawing my endorsement," she wrote on Twitter. "I was very disappointed in his inappropriate comments regarding President Trump. As we begin 2024, my focus is on ensuring we nominate the strongest candidates on the ballot who are committed to electing President Trump this November and expanding our House GOP Majority."

The comments in question featured Riedel calling Trump "arrogant," while also emphasizing that he doesn't "like the way he calls people names" on the grounds that "I just don’t think that’s very becoming of a president."
While Stefanik may have withdrawn her endorsement of Riedel, but she also never withdrew her endorsement of disgraced former Rep. George Santos (R-NY) despite his long history of fabricating major details of his entire life story.
What's more Stefanik never withdrew her endorsement of failed GOP candidate Carl Paladino even after he openly praised Adolf Hitler.
