Elon Musk was identified by his company's own artificial intelligence bot as President Donald Trump's “seriously overweight” friend who takes “the fat shot."
The president rambled about a businessman friend who is battling a weight problem during an event announcing an executive order lowering drug prices, and while he didn't identify his pal during the off-topic anecdote, his generative artificial intelligence chatbot Grok answered queries by saying Musk matched the description, reported The Daily Beast.
“I’ll tell you a story," Trump told reporters at the White House event. "A friend of mine — he’s a businessman, very, very, very top guy. Most of you would’ve heard of him. Highly neurotic, brilliant businessman, seriously overweight, and he takes the fat shot drug."

Social media users asked Grok who the president was referring to, and the AI bot identified the tech mogul as the scale-tipping pal.
"It's likely that Trump was referring to Elon Musk in the quoted tweet," the chatbot responded. "Musk has publicly admitted to using weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and fits the description of a well-known, brilliant businessman. His international travel supports the price complaint scenario."
"However, the 'seriously overweight' label doesn't perfectly match Musk's public image," Grok added, "and Trump's storytelling can be exaggerated, leaving some uncertainty."
X users seemed to agree.
“This is 10000% about Elon,” one user posted, adding a video of the president's remarks.
