Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump won't testify this week in her father's New York civil fraud case, according to a new report.
Ivanka is now slated to testify on Nov. 8 because of a scheduling conflict, ABC News reports. She had been set to take the stand Friday.
Trump's daughter will be among the last to testify in Attorney General Letitia James's case before Trump's defense team takes the reins.

But Trump will see his sons testify in the fraud case, with Donald Jr. scheduled to take the stand Wednesday and Eric likely following Thursday, state attorney Andrew Amer told ABC News.
"Eric Trump should be available to start whenever we finish Donald Trump Jr.," Amer said.
If all goes according to plan, the former president will testify Monday, the court will adjourn for Election Day Tuesday, then Ivanka will appear Wednesday, according to the report.
