Former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis, who this month pleaded guilty and agreed to give evidence against her ex-boss in the Fulton County election interference case, says another co-defendant aimed to intimidate her with social media posts.

Harrison Floyd faces having his bail revoked at a hearing Tuesday amid claims he broke his bond conditions with his activity on social media that prosecutors say caused “intentional and flagrant violations."

And Ellis is claiming she was a victim of it, MSNBC anchor Katie Phang tweeted from the courtroom.

District Attorney Fani Willis claims Floyd has targeted Georgia elections officials, former election worker Ruby Freeman and others since the bond conditions were set.

Ellis claims that, after she made her plea agreement, Floyd claimed she'd lied and called her "a whole mess" in a post.

"Floyd’s post was meant to intimidate and harass her," Ellis' lawyer said.

Floyd is accused of violating his bond conditions three times.

Floyd's lawyer claimed that none of his comments contained threats of violence, which witness Michael Hill, an assistant chief in Willis' office, said he wouldn't completely agree with.

Hill said that Floyd tagged and targeted witnesses, and that those witnesses felt intimidated and/or harassed.
