A shocking new video released Wednesday shows a California gubernatorial candidate berating staff and yelling, "Get out of my f---ing shot!"
The video exclusively obtained by Politico shows former Rep. Katie Porter (D) yelling at a staffer who interjects to correct a statement she makes during a recording for the Biden administration in July 2021.
“Get out of my f---ing shot!” Porter said.
“You also were in my shot before that. Stay out of my shot,” Porter said.
The staffer's name was not released, due to privacy concerns, Politico reports, adding that this staffer did not release the video.
In the final video published by the Department of Energy, the exchange was not included.
The footage surfaced after Porter, who is the front-runner in the governor's race, faced criticism for nearly walking out of an interview with CBS News reporter Julie Watts Tuesday night after she was asked a question about President Donald Trump.
“I don’t want to keep doing this. I’m gonna call it. Thank you,” Porter said. "For years, Porter has contended with accusations that she was a difficult boss or abusive to employees during her time in Congress, along with unrelated domestic disputes," Politico reports.
