Controversial first-term Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was blasted by actor and civil rights activist George Takei in a new video.
Takei took issue with Boebert claiming that the Equality Act is about the "supremacy of gays and lesbians and transvextites (sic)."
The video featured reaction shots from Democrats as Boebert was making her argument.
"And there it is," the video said.
"A member of Congress unable to comprehend -- and worse, uninterested in comprehending the deep discrimination LGBTQ+ Americans experience every day," the video continued. "Particularly the transgender community."
