MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell wasn't exactly blown away by the crowd of Donald Trump supporters outside the Manhattan courthouse where he's standing trial Monday.
"The revolution will not be televised. Because they didn’t show up. Couple million Trump voters live within an hour of courthouse. Maybe 50 showed up," he posted on X Monday.
Politico reporter Emily Ngo made the same observation about the lackluster crowd.

"Trump supporter crowd outside the courthouse is outnumbered by the news media. Best dressed here. Guy dressed as Santa asked me what I wanted for Christmas and when I responded, 'World peace,' he qualified, 'Something reasonable.'"
The supporters there chanted, and some VIP speakers yelled into a bullhorn, while the comedy duo "The Good Liars" filmed Rudy Giuliani's son Andrew speaking to the crowd.
They wrote, "We tried to give Andrew Giuliani a hush money payment outside Donald Trump’s hush money trial," and included a video of the moment.
"The Daily Show's" Jordan Klepper was also on hand to interview Trump fans across the street from the courthouse. Among those was a man in an InfoWars t-shirt, one photo showed.

Trump shared a video of one of the more out-spoken Trump activists, Laura Loomer, on his Truth Social account. The press had surrounded her, but the pro-Trump crowd supporting her looked to be about 30 people including reporters, one observer posted on X.
Lawfare's Tyler McBrien posted a video of a truck making its way slowly down the street in front of the courthouse. Several Trump flags were bonded to the back.
Trump spent the morning in the courtroom, and appeared to fall asleep at one point during the session.
