Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) blasted the Trump administration during a Tuesday appearance on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' notorious "InfoWars" show, and accused her party of covering up for elite pedophile circles.
Greene said she "fully supports" the appointment of a special counsel to intervene in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation after Attorney General Pam Bondi swatted away any notions authorities had a so-called "client list." The MAGA base erupted in recent days at the Trump administration, which had vowed to unearth any government cover-up in the Epstein case.
"I support having all the information released," she said. "We should be the party of transparency, not the party that covers up the people that surrounded the most well-known pedophile in modern-day history. That disgusts me."
Greene demanded that Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino "lead the effort" in exposing the "powerful rich elites that always get away with everything."
When Jones asked if Greene had any "inside" information on who encouraged President Donald Trump and his administration to conclude the Epstein case, Greene speculated, "it's not just the American government that is involved."
"I believe it's foreign countries' government[s]," she said, pointing a finger at Israel and the United Kingdom while admitting she "doesn't know" and hadn't seen any evidence to support as such.
"Those are the speculations and guess what? It's not wrong to speculate that," she insisted.
