Marjorie Taylor Greene melts down on vote: 'Who the hell is running the Senate?'

MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is having a rough day.

Greene took to X first thing in the morning on Friday to complain about the Senate's procedures as it relates to Donald Trump's so-called "big, beautiful" spending bill.

"Today, the Senate was supposed to vote for the Big Beautiful Bill but instead is scheduled to vote for a War Powers Resolution as a referendum on Trump for a war that he already ended," Greene wrote on social media. "This comes after the parliamentarian struck all the MAGA provisions out of the Big Beautiful Bill."

She then asked, "Who in the hell is running the Senate?"

The rant comes as Chad Pergram of Fox News reported, "It is unclear if the Senate will vote to begin debate on the Big, Beautiful Bill today."

"The bill is still not complete. Multiple Republican senators object to starting debate before the plan is finished," he wrote. "The GOP has encountered major hiccups as to what qualifies for the bill under special Senate budget rules."

The Fox reporter continued:

"This jeopardizes the Senate being able to pass the bill by the end of the weekend. That’s to say nothing of the House syncing up with the Senate. It’s now possible that the Senate doesn’t vote to begin debate until as late as Sunday. [They] could punt possible passage to Monday or Tuesday. It also means the [House] would face a quick turnaround to align with the Senate by July 4."
