Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) admitted for the first time on Tuesday that she has not been vaccinated for Covid-19.
During an angry tirade on Real America's Voice with host Steve Bannon, Greene said that MSNBC host Joe Scarborough could "go to hell" because he called for government workers to be fired if they refuse to follow Covid-19 safety protocols.
"If they do not want the vaccine then they do not have to take the vaccine," she insisted. "You want to know something, Steve? I'm not vaccinated. I'm not vaccinated and I'm not getting the vaccine because I'm an American and I can choose what I want to do with my body. I have the freedom to decide if I want to get a vaccine or not get a vaccine."
"And I don't care who tells me to get one, I will not get one unless I choose that I want to," the lawmaker added. "I'm a member of Congress and guess what? No one is firing me for not being vaccinated."
Greene also slammed Democrats as "vaccine Nazis."
"They are ruining our country, these vaccine Nazis!" she exclaimed. "And I'm sorry, I know I'm using the word 'Nazi' and everybody gets mad when I say it. But that's exactly what they are. They're vaccine Nazis."
"They have called us fascists and have called us Nazis for five years now and I'm fed up with it!" Greene said. "They are the Nazis! They are the fascists! They are the communists! They are the Marxists!"
