A witness in MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's Colorado defamation trial accused U.S. District Court Judge Nina Wang of being "a paid communist operative."
Colorado activist Joe Oltmann made the remarks Monday on X.
He testified in Lindell's trial after claiming that former voting machine executive Eric Coomer said President Donald Trump would not be allowed to win the 2020 election. Coomer's legal team alleged that Lindell learned the plaintiff's name indirectly through Oltmann's podcast.
"The judge in the Mike Lindell lawsuit is a paid communist operative and what she has done is nothing short of despicable," Oltmann wrote. "She prevented the information about Eric Coomer from being presented while him to lie with impunity, interfered with the evidence presented and even denied witnesses that were right outside the courtroom to testify."
"It was obvious… and yet, this crooked judge was allowed to bully and do what judges are forbidden to do," he continued. "In the jury instructions Nina Wong told the jury defamation did happen. She again stacked the deck and her instructions were designed to make the case predetermined."
Oltmann predicted that Lindell would win the case on appeal.
"The malpractice and impeachable behavior by this judge is obvious," he insisted. "It easily shows the collusion between them all. This is what rotted and evil looks like."
