Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) reportedly fell down a set of stairs on Wednesday while he was leaving the United States Senate.

Punchbowl News' Diego Areas Munhoz reports that, after falling down the stairs, the 82-year-old McConnell "got up with the help from some senators and seemed to walk it off as he left."

There have been multiple incidents that have raised questions about McConnell's health in recent months, as he also fell down during a GOP caucus lunch last year and also publicly froze for an extended period of time on two separate occasions back in 2023.
