Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) plans to reveal on the House floor that she was victimized by video abuse in a speech that directly confronts the men she said “humiliated” her by videotaping her “naked” without her knowledge.

That’s according to a new report in The Daily Beast, which reviewed a draft of the 20-page speech Mace is set to deliver Monday. In it, Mace is expected to detail how the video came into her possession.

“I saw a video of another woman who was naked, clearly on a hidden camera, unaware she was being filmed,” Mace says in the copy of the speech obtained by the Beast. “I turned up the volume to hear if there was audio. I heard my voice. I zoomed in on the video. The woman was me. I was in shock.”

“I was horrified. I was humiliated,” the draft says. “I was violated.”

According to the early version of the House floor speech, Mace plans to speak directly to her alleged abusers.

“You’ve booked yourself a one-way ticket to hell. Nonstop. No connections,” Mace’s draft says, according to the Beast. “So I, and ALL of your victims, can watch you rot for an eternity.”

“Today I am going to free myself from the monster who broke me,” she reportedly plans to say, while laying her hand on a Bible.

The Bible is one of several props the South Carolina lawmaker plans to incorporate into her speech, which also includes “a small glass to symbolize ‘two small vodka sodas’ she says she was served by an aggressor, and handcuffs, which she invites anyone who objects to her standing up for women to ‘take me to jail,’” the report added.

“If you film women naked without their knowledge, permission or consent, it’s called voyeurism and it is illegal,” Mace’s draft speech says. “When you and your business partners pay each other, and you’re sexually abusing women, you are by definition a sex trafficker.”
