Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Monday hit back at Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), who earlier in the week posted a cartoon video that depicted the New York congresswoman's murder.
Writing on Twitter, Ocasio-Cortez minced no words when it came to her feelings about Gosar.
"So while I was en route to Glasgow, a creepy member I work with who fundraises for Neo-Nazi groups shared a fantasy video of him killing me," she wrote.
She then took House minority leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to task for refusing to do anything to punish Gosar, who earlier this year was a featured speaker at a conference organized by white nationalists.
"He'll face no consequences bc GOP Leader cheers him on with excuses," she wrote. "Fun Monday!"
