A woman who is suing Rudy Giuliani for sexual abuse has asked to receive information about his bankruptcy case on an ongoing basis.
In a filing on Wednesday, attorneys for Noelle Dunphy asked to be notified of filings in Giuliani's bankruptcy case. The former New York City mayor filed for bankruptcy after being ordered to pay $148 million for defaming election workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman.
"[The] request is hereby made that all notices given or required to be given in this case and all pleadings and other papers filed in the above matter" be shared, Dunphy's attorneys wrote.

In a lawsuit filed last year, Dunphy claimed she had been sexually abused while working for Giuliani.
The lawsuit said, "[s]atisfying his sexual demands — which came virtually anytime, anywhere — was an absolute requirement of her employment and of his legal representation."
Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages.
