Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani's checking account is in the red as he faces over $152.9 million in debt, according to court documents.
Bankruptcy filings made by Giuliani on Monday show that he is facing at least 10 undecided lawsuits after being ordered to pay $148 million to former Georgia election workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman.
Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic USA, and former assistant Noelle Dunphy brought other lawsuits.

Another document detailed Giuliani's debts. In addition to owing $148 million for the defamation of Moss and Freeman, Giuliani owed David Hutcher $1,360,000. The former mayor disputed both debts.
Giuliani, however, did not dispute owing Citigold $9,530,21 for over-drafting his checking account.
Giuliani said that his taxes and debts owed to governments totaled about $1 million.
