Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani appeared on Steve Bannon's Thursday show to memorialize right-wing radio personality Rush Limbaugh with stories of their own personal experiences.

At the end of the interview, Giuliani asked if there was time for one more story, which Bannon granted.

Giuliani said that when golfing, Limbaugh always wanted him to drive and Limbaugh would be smoking his cigar. He said one day they were driving and "the paparazzi was driving us crazy! They're taking pictures! They're taking pictures! They're taking pictures!"

Giuliani recalled Limbaugh asking him what he "did" to get photographers to follow him.

"He's like, growling," Giuliani recalled. "So I said, come up to the green with me. Come on. Come on. On the green is Michelle Williams, and she's getting ready to putt. Now Michelle Williams -- gorgeous. And she's six feet and she has a strange putting stance. She bends all the way over and her...... panties show. And the press was going crazy! Of course, they were trying to take pictures of her panties! I said, Roger, it's not me, it's not you, it's her panties!"

It's unclear who he was talking about, actress Michelle Williams is petite at an estimated 5'3". It's also unknown who "Roger" was in this story.

Either way, Bannon cleared his throat and neither host laughed, noting they'd heard the story in the past.
