CNN commentators Scott Jennings and Kate Bedingfield clashed Friday during a live broadcast, stunning the controversial pundit into silence.

Bedingfield, former Biden White House communications director, and Jennings were part of a panel discussing the aggressive tactics employed by ICE agents in Minnesota when Jennings tried to defend the Trump administration's actions — saying people were not understanding President Donald Trump's messaging — when Bedingfield questioned his response. Both tried to comment on the scrutiny the administration has faced in a fiery back-and-forth.

"Can I, can I just say, trying to tell people that the images that they're seeing on camera is a wall of propaganda is not a winning strategy. People can see with their own eyes ICE," Bedingfield said.

That's when Jennings cut in.

"You're saying images are used for propaganda. ICE engages every day..." Jennings said.

Bedingfield responded again, emphasizing her point.

"We've all seen the footage of the ICE agent shooting the mother in the head two weeks ago. That is the backdrop behind which people are filtering in information," she said.

But Jennings tried to deny the video and images of ICE agent Jonathan Ross in the incident.

"We saw her hit him with the car as well. Actually," he said.

Bedingfield then pushed back on Jennings' claim.

"Actually, we did not," she responded.

"If you watched, if you watched the video," he said, trying to say that Bedingfield "can't even admit" that Ross was hit by Good with her car, which has been called into question.

"Scott Jennings, will you let me finish my sentence? I'll let you finish yours," Bedingfield fired back.

That's when the conversation went silent for a moment — and Bedingfield continued.

"You also had, after that event, you had the vice president of the United States go out and fully embrace the actions of the ICE agent," she said. "So I would argue if anybody is eroding the credibility of ICE, it's the Trump administration by throwing their arms around every single..."

Jennings again interjected and tried to argue that the people protesting should cooperate with law enforcement.

"Why won't they cooperate?" Jennings said.

And Bedingfield pushed back again.

"Every single errant and awful action that we're seeing from these people. So again, I think, you know, for Trump to say that his message is being lost when he and his administration are encouraging ICE to behave in a way that is clearly outside of the existing rules of engagement, is is absolutely ludicrous," Bedingfield said.

An attempt to troll critics by President Donald Trump's White House backfired spectacularly on Friday as observers gave the administration a geography lesson.

As Trump openly fantasizes about taking over Greenland from Denmark, the official White House account posted an artificial intelligence-generated photo of the president walking next to a penguin on a block of ice. In the photo, the penguin carries a U.S. flag and the two walk toward a Greenland flag.

Observers quickly pounced on the post, noting the massive island contains no penguins. Indeed, all 18 penguin species are confined to the Southern Hemisphere, with the highest concentrations on Antarctic coasts and sub-Antarctic islands.

The anti-Trump account PatriotTakes wrote on X, "There are no penguins in Greenland. All Penguins live in the southern hemisphere except one species from the Galapagos Islands. Perhaps you shouldn’t have dismantled the Department of Education so quickly."

Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL) chided on X, "Wrong hemisphere."

Anti-Trump conservative Jonah Goldberg, editor-in-chief, at The Dispatch, clapped back, "There are no penguins in Greenland. You’re embarrassing yourselves. Unless maybe you meant …" He added a gif of the Penguin from the Batman universe.

Deadline Executive Editor Dominic Patten wrote on X, "This doesn't quite land as I think they intended ....you can take the Trump name out of the Epstein Files, but you can't take the Epstein connection away."

Jack Pitney, Claremont McKenna College professor, chided on X, "'Mr. Popper's Penguins' is an old children's book about a guy who takes penguins to the Arctic. Apparently, somebody read it to Trump when he was little, and he thought it was a true story."

Michael Shurkin, director of global programs at 14N Strategies, fact-checked on X, "1. There are no penguins in Greenland. 2. This has all the maturity of the brain rot Reels my kids watch. Makes me wonder about the age of the kid who controls this account."

Brian Espinoza, writer for the Rogue Rocket & Philip DeFranco Show, wrote on X, "You dumb mother f---ers, there are no penguins in the North."

Plans for Donald Trump to hit the campaign trail weeks ahead of schedule have drawn mockery from Democratic strategists, who see the move as a sign of panic inside the White House as his poll numbers slide. After Politico reported Trump would begin campaigning weekly to shore up sagging support, former Trump aide Sarah Matthews said his presence may actually hurt GOP candidates heading into the 2026 midterms, since his policies — not his personality — will be on the ballot and they remain deeply unpopular. Swing Left strategist Yasmin Radjy went further, welcoming Trump to swing districts and laughing that his early roadshow is “great for Democrats,” reinforcing the view that Republicans know they’re in trouble.

MAGA activist Laura Loomer unleashed a blistering attack on Vice President JD Vance on Friday, accusing him of protecting conservative figures she says openly attack Donald Trump while refusing to confront extremists within his own political orbit.

In an explosive post on X, Loomer tore into Vance over a laundry list of unresolved issues.

“Since the Vice President is so focused on ‘conservative influencers’ causing division, I look forward to seeing him condemn the conservatives who called his wife a ‘dirty j--t,’" Loomer wrote, while also turning her fire on far-right media personalities, including Tucker Carlson, who she said “has attacked every single policy of the Trump administration.”

“It’s rich, isn’t it? You can carry the casket of Charlie Kirk but you won’t call out Tucker for promoting a guy on his show who accused Erika Kirk @MrsErikaKirk of being involved in her husband’s assassination and who accused @tylerbowyer of being a homosexual pedophile,” she wrote. The latter reference was to Turning Point USA’s Tyler Bowyer.

She went on in her lengthy Friday afternoon post to accuse Vance of tolerating behavior from figures she described as “degenerates,” as long as they remain politically useful.

“You won’t call out the Republicans like your friend MTG who called Trump a pedophile protector and who lied and said Trump was trying to get her killed,” she added while aiming at the vice president.

Her post escalated further as she accused Vance of failing to condemn neo-Nazis who target Jews and Hindus, including his wife.

“We are all shocked you refuse to call out the Neo Nazis who attack Jews and Hindus like your wife and demand that she convert to be worthy in their eyes,” the MAGA influencer wrote.

She ended the rage-filled post by expressing her loyalty to the president.

“Let’s call it all out. Doesn’t that seem reasonable? @JDVance,” she concluded. “Or should we keep pretending this is about abortion? Disgraceful, actually.”

“My loyalty is to your boss, President Trump. And it always will be.”
