Newsmax host Bob Sellers reported on rumors that President Donald Trump could pardon Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The Newsmax host brought up the possibility during a Wednesday segment on Combs' sex trafficking trial.

"Not the kind of story we talk about a lot," Sellers told co-host Kelly Sadler.

"I don't think that people knew the depravity of him and what he was doing behind the scenes," Sadler agreed. "We saw, kind of his flashy image, his rapping, West Coast, East Coast, rivalry. But what was going on behind the scenes, especially with a lot of rich, powerful people, was really, really gross."

"I've seen it floated out there," Sellers said of a pardon from Trump. "I'm just going to ask you, because I've seen it floated, that Trump likes Combs enough that he could issue..."

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Sadler interrupted. "I have no idea what you're talking about right there."

"Okay. Somebody floated that he could get a pardon, okay?" Sellers replied.

"I don't think so," Sadler argued.

"I'm just putting it out there," Sellers insisted.
