House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) continues to be harshly criticized for failing to take action against controversial Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

On Saturday's evening, Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office put out a press release suggesting McCarthy is no longer a member of the Republican Party and is now QAnon.

"Minority Leader McCarthy (GOP) (QAnon) Embraces Marjorie Taylor Greene," the press release was headlined.

"Less than one week after placing Sandy Hook Truther Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green on the House Education Committee, Minority Leader McCarthy is facing increased criticism for his refusal to take action against the conspiracy-theory spreading Congresswoman," the press release stated.

It included a list of bullet points that included her "stated support for QAnon," "Racist, Islamaphobic and anti-Semitic statements," and "9/11 trutherism."

A screengrab of the release was posted online by Politico's Melanie Zanona.
