Fox News host John Roberts confronted White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller after the network's poll found that President Donald Trump had negative approval ratings in most categories.
During a Tuesday interview to mark Trump's 100th day in office, Roberts observed that Trump only enjoyed positive approval ratings in one area: border security.
"He's about even on immigration in total," Roberts told Miller. "But everything else, he's sort of underwater. And particularly on the economy, tariffs, and inflation, he's well underwater. You've still got some work to do on that front."

"A lot of people think that he's spending too much time on tariffs and not enough time on the economy and lowering prices," the Fox News host noted.
"It is our opinion that Fox News needs to fire this pollster," Miller replied. "I don't think you're surprised that I'm saying that. But the Fox News pollster has always been wrong about President Trump."
"So we don't acknowledge any of that polling," he added.
