A crowd of conservatives at Steve Bannon's event outside the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) applauded a "fugitive" who said he fled from the FBI for four years after participating in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
During the Thursday "Patriot Academy" gathering, Bannon again floated the idea of having the so-called "J6 Choir" perform at the Kennedy Center after President Donald Trump named himself president of the organization.
War Room correspondent Ben Bergquam spoke to a member of the audience, Adam Villarreal, who was wanted by the FBI for four years for assaulting law enforcement on Jan. 6.
"You put him on the spot, I don't know if he can sing, but this is actually not just a J6er, this was a fugitive J6er who escaped the FBI for four years," Bergquam announced.
"My name's Adam Villareal, I was the fugitive J6er, I escaped arrest by the FBI for four years, being chased by the illegitimate Biden regime," Villarreal confirmed.
Boisterous cheers and applause from the audience greeted the former fugitive.
"My case was concluded with a full pardon, all ancillary charges," he revealed. "I want to say thank you to God and President Trump."
Bannon argued that Kash Patel should prosecute former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and members of the January 6 Select Committee after he was confirmed as FBI director.

"That committee, which was totally illegitimate, and I was prepared to go to prison for that, for that principle of separation of powers, because it's so fundamental," he said. "They're the railhead of wanting President Trump to die in prison, plus all the information on the J6 prisoners, all these young men and some elderly women that went to prison, people in their 70s that went to prison. They did all that."
"If anybody should be brought to justice, it should be Benny Thompson, Liz Cheney, Shifty Schiff, all those sanctimonious, Jamie Raskin, all those propped up," Bannon added. "They should all go to federal prison for what they tried to do for this country."
