Former Republican operative Tim Miller this week clashed with Fox News' Tomi Lahren about former President Donald Trump's pro-police bonafides given his role in inciting a deadly riot at the United States Capitol building.
After Lahren criticized Vice President Kamala Harris for past critical statements she's made about police practices in the United States, Miller brought up all of the police who got injured after Trump sent a mob of supporters to the United States Capitol building and then sat for three hours as they beat police, looted the building, and sent lawmakers fleeing for their lives.
'Talk about living in the past!" Lahren objected. "January 6th is over!"
Miller then went on to argue that January 6th is not over.

"It's not really over because he's still lying about the 2020 election!" he shot back. "He's still advancing the lie that led to the attack on the Capitol, so it's not over... Donald Trump instigated a riot at the Capitol where 100-plus police were injured! He won't apologize for it, he's happy about it! He wants to pardon and get out of prison the people who that attacked the cops at the Capitol!"
Miller then brought up the fact that Trump hasn't called up the family of Brian Sicknick, the late United States Capitol Police officer who suffered from a fatal stroke the day after battling Trump-supporting rioters.
Lahren objected and said that Sicknick didn't die directly as a result of the riot, which prompted Miller to respond incredulously.
"Oh really," he said. "It's just a coincidence... that there was a riot at the Capitol and one of the officers there died?"
"People have strokes all the time!" Lahren replied.
"All right, Tomi, you're really pro-police," Miller said sarcastically.
