'Not a stable adult': Liz Cheney tells Trump exactly what makes him 'not fit for office'

Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R- WY) called out Donald Trump on Sunday, showing the former president exactly why he is "not fit for office."

Cheney was responding to a report that Trump shared a picture calling Cheney "guilty of treason" and saying she should be prosecuted in "televised military tribunals."

"Elizabeth Lynne Cheney is guilty of treason," the reposted image says. "Retruth if you want televised military tribunals."

Trump "ReTruthed" the image on his own social media site, Truth Social, leading to the report Cheney responded to.

In her reply, Cheney addressed Trump by his first name.

"Donald -- this is the type of thing that demonstrates yet again that you are not a stable adult -- and are not fit for office," she said.

Another former Republican lawmaker, Adam Kinzinger, shared Cheney's post on social media.
