President Donald Trump’s back-to-back legal defeats on Thursday sent right-wing attorney Mike Davis fuming as he criticized both federal judges whose rulings threaten to upend the president’s political agenda – and he isn’t the only figure in the MAGA sphere crying foul.

The staggering amount of court losses racked up by the Trump administration in recent days continued Thursday when U.S. District Judge James Boasberg delivered an angry order blasting the administration’s response to questions surrounding deportation flights carrying alleged Venezuelan gang members as “woefully insufficient.”

The legal blow came as a separate federal judge in Maryland blocked Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from accessing Social Security information in another blistering ruling.

The latest court losses to hit the Trump administration sent MAGA world into a full-blown meltdown Thursday.

“DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg is way out over his skis,” Davis wrote on X. “He does not have the power to order the President and his team to provide this secret information that affects our national security. He has no need to know. Simply put, it is none of his business.”

Davis, who on Monday called on House lawmakers to impeach Boasberg, also took to his social media account to sound off on the ruling that temporarily bars the DOGE team from accessing records at the Social Security Administration.

“This is insane,” Davis added. “An activist Obama judge illegally rules the President's staff cannot access information at an Executive Branch agency for the purpose of rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse. This is a clear violation of Article II, which gives the President all the executive power. This includes his constitutional duty to ‘take care’ our laws are faithfully executed--free of waste, fraud, and abuse.”

Fox News contributor Mollie Hemingway of the Federalist also made clear her displeasure with the ruling, writing on X: “Supreme Court’s inaction causing real-time judicial coup, part 78.”

“These rogue judges are clearly violating their constitutional oaths,” independent journalist Kyle Becker, a former Fox News producer, told his X followers. “It might be time to dust off the old legal books and find the statutes on sedition and rebellion. Make a few public examples.”
