New York Attorney General Letitia James made a rare appearance before the press on Monday just moments after Donald Trump entered a Manhattan courthouse behind her.

With the former president about to take the stand, James taunted the former president and predicted how she expects he will conduct himself.

Standing on the steps, she told reporters Trump, "misrepresented and inflated the value of his assets and before he takes the stand I am certain that he will engage in name-calling and taunts and race-baiting, and call this a witch-hunt."

POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?

"But at the end of the day the only thing that matters are the facts and the numbers. And numbers, my friends, don't lie. Thank you," she added.
