Trump's gone and done it again.
For every Truth Social post that former President Donald Trump sends out, former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner believes he adds to the mountain of incriminating evidence against him.
"If Donald Trump is posting something, there's a good chance he's confessing to something," Kirschner said on his "Justice Matters" YouTube show.
Hours before the 45th president's legal team filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court to prevent being disqualified from the presidential election, he came out on his Truth Social platform to claim that he is untouchable, even if he were to do things that "cross the line."

His all-caps post reads: "A president of the United States must have full immunity, without which it would be impossible for him/her to properly function. Any mistake, even if well intended, would be met with almost certain indictment by the opposing party at term end."
He continued:
"Even events that 'cross the line' must fall under total immunity, or it will be years of trauma trying to determine good from bad."
He added: "Sometimes you just have to live with 'great but slightly imperfect.' All presidents must have complete & total presidential immunity, or the authority & decisiveness of a president of the United States will be stripped & gone forever. Hopefully this will be an easy decision. God bless the Supreme Court!"'
The matter is before the three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Trump has defended himself for his actions on the days leading up and during a Jan. 6 "Stop the Steal" rally that ended in a riot at the Capitol Building.
Kirschner believes the Truth Social post, amounts to a "tacit admission" or "Implied admission."
"This is Donald Trump demanding immunity for himself..."
He ridiculed the former president's post and reminded him that he's facing 91 criminal charges in multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
"Even when Donald Trump is admitting, Maybe I stepped my toe over the criminal line; minor violation of some of our nation's laws, what's a little light felony between friends?"
The episode ended with Kirschner unsticking a government exhibit sticker, holding it up and then affixing it to the paper with Trump's Truth Social post on it.
"If I were a prosecutor I would take a government exhibit sticker go ahead and slap it on Dt's latest admission and keep it in my back pocket," he said.
