Angry Trump shocks The View by acting like he lost in New Hampshire speech
MSNBC

The co-hosts of "The View" were floored after watching Donald Trump's angry acceptance speech following his victory in the New Hampshire primary.

After the women trashed Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) for what they said was an obvious run for vice president, they noted that he endorsed Trump one day — and the following day announced he'd got engaged.

"He's running for vice president," said Sunny Hostin.

But it was Nikki Haley that Sara Haines said had really infuriated Trump.

"She has to stay in," Haines said after Haley lost by fewer than 35,000 votes. "And this is one pivotal thing. She is so deeply under his skin. His victory speech last night sounded like he lost. He was pi--ed — can i say pi--ed? He was very angry last night."

"He doesn't have a scintilla of graciousness," said Joy Behar.

"He was seething," Haines continued. "And that speech became about Nikki Haley when — if he was really meaning what he said, we left her behind, he should have left her behind."

"The only behind he's left is his own," said Whoopi Goldberg.

Hostin noted that Trump has a difficult time with women.

"He also doesn't, you know, respect women, so I think that's part of it," she said.
