President Donald Trump marked the 100th day of his second presidential term with a fiery rally in the battleground state of Michigan, but he quickly turned his focus on members of his own party.
“If our bill doesn’t pass – we have 100%, just about, Republican support – but it’d be nice if we had just a couple of Democrats just to make sure,” Trump told the rallygoers on Tuesday. “Because once in a while, you have a grandstander Republican – we have some grandstanders.”
He added: “But remember who those grandstanders were and vote them the hell out of office, okay, will you do that?”

As the crowd roared in approval, Trump repeated: “Vote them out of office!”
While the MAGA leader didn’t call out any specific lawmaker by name, the warning shot comes as he began upping his threats against Republican senators this week as they mull a resolution blocking tariffs. But he wasn’t done slamming his Republican critics just yet.
“They’re morally bound,” he mocked at his Tuesday rally before he warned the crowd that higher taxes could soon be on the way.
“You know what the answer is – if you don’t get it – you’re going to have the highest tax increase in history instead of the greatest tax cut in history,” Trump said.
