The Trump administration was investigating a vandalism incident on Thursday involving graffiti and soap bubbles.
The bubbles was reportedly overflowing out of the fountain, and neon graffiti with the message "Clean hands Dirty $" was etched at the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC, CNN reported.
