"Fox & Friends" co-host Steve Doocy roasted Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy after Donald Trump attacked him on social media.
The GOP challenger appeared Monday morning on Fox News before votes are cast in Iowa's caucuses, and Doocy confronted him after the ex-president disavowed the candidate, who branded himself as "Trump 2.0," as "not MAGA" and unworthy of a primary vote, reported The Daily Beast.
“Why do you think former President Trump threw you under the bus over the weekend?” Doocy asked.
“Well, I didn’t get thrown anywhere, but I think there might have been an attempt to do that,” Ramaswamy replied.
“You were under the bus!” Doocy exclaimed. “And the bus had snow tires on it!"

Ramaswamy insisted he took Trump's attacks "in a light-hearted way," and he touted the endorsement of white nationalist former congressman Steve King, but Trump doled out an all-caps attack while the Fox News segment aired.
“A VOTE FOR VIVEK IS A WASTED VOTE,” Trump posted in all-caps. “I LIKE VIVEK, BUT HE PLAYED IT TOO 'CUTE' WITH US. CAUCUS TONIGHT, VOTE FOR DONALD J. TRUMP, BUILD UP THE NUMBERS!!!”
