(Reuters) -Ukraine is to start consultations with the United States this week on providing security guarantees for Kyiv pending the completion of the process of joining NATO, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's chief of staff said on Sunday. Evacuation order issued for Canadian town as wildfire crosses over from US

(Reuters) - An evacuation order for the Canadian town of Osoyoos and its surrounding district has been issued due to an out-of-control wildfire that has crossed the border from the U.S. state of Washington. Berlin police suspect arson after fire at 15-story building

Berlin police are investigating if the two people who died after jumping out of a burning high-rise building were the ones who started the fire.
