Senior Donald Trump advisors Kellyanne Conway and Sean Spicer are drawing both outrage and mockery for the claim that Trump's crowds are the biggest in history.

"Our new president really does think size matters," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said at the beginning of Monday's episode of "The View."

The panel discussed the curious way in which the new administration has asserted their own "facts" when "you can look up online the live feed," Goldberg said. "You don't have to take the picture's word for it."

Goldberg played the clip of Conway on "Meet the Press" this Sunday using the new phrase "alternative facts," and the audience and hosts all laughed.

"She could not even say it with a straight face," Goldberg noted. "Well, 'alternative facts,' I don't know, I was raised that an 'alternative fact' is not a fact. An 'alternative fact' is a lie. Even people that are for him — this will erode their beliefs. Because they have ears and they're paying attention and this is not what they bargained for."

Co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Joy Behar disagreed with Goldberg saying that Trump's followers will go along with whatever Trump says.

Goldberg says that she believed Trump voters will falter because she saw some women over the weekend marching because they saw the Trump administration appoint mostly male members to his cabinet and staff and they feel this is business as usual in Washington.

"What surprises me about Kellyanne Conway, in particular, is that she's a pollster," Hostin said. "So she deals in numbers and you could see she almost threw up a little bit in her mouth when she said the whole 'alternative facts.' Because she knows this not to be true."
