Former presidential spokesman Anthony Scaramucci has sided with LeBron James over his former boss and friend.

On Friday night, Trump unleashed a twitter rant about the NBA star before a rally in the Lakers star's home state of Ohio.

Responding to an interview with CNN's Don Lemon, Trump said Lemon "made Lebron look smart, which isn’t easy to do."

Since the rant, Trump has gotten shade from Michael Jordan and his own wife.

Now, Scaramucci has joined in.

"It’s not about picking sides or playing politics. It’s about recognizing an incredible human being who, despite growing up at risk and without a father, has become an all-time great not only on court, but also a great father, role model and humanitarian off it," Scaramucci said.
