Chris Christie apparently had a hot mic moment Wednesday, moments before he was expected to drop out of the Republican presidential primary.
Central Valley Politics obtained the remarks from Christie's YouTube channel ahead of his Windham, New Hampshire speech.
The former New Jersey governor can be heard talking about fellow Republican candidates Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, and Nikki Haley.

"He spent $68 million so far, just on TV, spent $68 million so far, $59 million by DeSantis, and we spent $12," Christie said. "I mean, who's punching above their weight, and who's getting a return on their investment, you know?"
"And she's going to get smoked, and you and I both know it, she's not up to this," he added. "She's still 20 points behind Trump in the main chair, right?"
The recording ended with Christie saying DeSantis called him on the phone and was "petrified."
