A Georgia judge ruled Monday that divorce records for special prosecutor Nathan Wade have been improperly sealed.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hired Wade to assist in her sprawling racketeering case against Donald Trump and his allies for their roles in trying to overturn his 2020 election loss, and his estranged wife's attorney wants to question Willis about an alleged relationship between her and the attorney as part of the divorce case, reported The Messenger.
Allegations of a romantic relationship between the pair were first raised in court documents in the election case, but records in the divorce proceedings show that Wade bought airline tickets for Willis on trips to Miami and San Francisco.

Cobb County Superior Court judge Henry Thompson ruled that the divorce records should be unsealed, but he stayed a request by the estranged wife Jocelyn Wade's attorneys to depose Willis as early as Tuesday.
The motion to unseal had been filed on behalf of former Trump campaign official Mike Roman, whose attorneys are asking to have charges against him dismissed and to disqualify Willis, Wade and the district attorney's office from further prosecution of the election case.
