Donald Trump attacked New York Attorney General Letitia James yet again Tuesday — and posted a conspicuously large photo of her smiling in a courtroom.
The former president suggested that James sits idly by in his trial while crime in her state goes unpunished, which has been a frequent theme of his after she filed a $250 million fraud lawsuit against his business empire. The ex-president has made nearly identical claims against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as she investigated and then prosecuted his efforts to overturn his Georgia election loss.
"Letitia James sits in Court all day, for weeks, while Crime goes rampant," Trump posted on Truth Social.
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?
Both James and Willis are Black, and his attacks on both law enforcement officials have been widely viewed as racist. Both women have also faced violent threats from Trump supporters who often make reference to their race.
Trump shared a post two weeks ago that disclosed James' home address, and this post Tuesday morning shows a photo of her taken by New York City photographer Steven Hirsch that was used this week in a New York Post article titled, "NYC developers rip judge in Trump case — and some predict ex-prez will win on appeal."

The photo shows James sitting in court and looking directly at the camera smiling, perhaps in recognition of the photographer. Trump's post makes the suggestion that she is happily shirking her duties.
Judge Arthur Engoron has imposed a gag order against Trump during the trial and has fined him twice for a total of $15,000 for disparaging his court staff.
