Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) got tripped up while grilling FBI director Christopher Wray.

The Georgia Republican questioned the law enforcement official about a rally last month at the U.S. Capitol that was calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war, and Greene pointed to reports circulating on right-wing media websites claiming an attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center helped organize the demonstration.

"This one right here, this person involved in the Global Intifada group that illegally, they broke the law, came in and occupied the Cannon House Office Building, interrupted Congress, interrupted hearings, right here, Katrina Bleckley, is the lead attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center," Greene said. "Were you aware of this?"

Wray said he had not seen the screenshot of a text message conversation allegedly involving Bleckley, and Greene cast doubt on his claim.

"Well, I posted them on my Twitter account, it's public," Greene said. Wray said he doesn't spend much time on that social media platform.

"I'm sure you do, because the Department of Homeland Security, organized with other offices, has censored many Americans, including myself."

"I'm not part of the Department of Homeland Security," Wray said.
