Even conservative firebrand Ann Coulter is fed up with the shameless groveling at President Donald Trump’s Cabinet meetings.
The president on Wednesday opened his latest televised meeting with complaints about the judiciary blocking some of his administration's deportations, before calling on embattled Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other agency heads, who took turns praising Trump's actions – almost “to the point of parody,” as The Daily Beast pointed out.
Hegseth claimed Trump’s return to the White House triggered a “recruiting renaissance” unseen for decades in the military. He added that there were servicemembers who refuse to move on from the military “now that they have a real Commander-in-Chief,” according to the Daily Beast.
Not to be outdone, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick showered the president with his own flattering praises, including when he told the room that technology companies committed over $2.5 trillion to build in America, “based on your tariffs.”

The scene was a little too much even for Coulter, a longtime conservative columnist and MAGA influencer, who took to X to express her disapproval.
“Would it be possible to have a cabinet meeting without the Kim Jong il-style tributes?” Coulter asked her followers in a social media post.
Other members of the MAGA administration at the cabinet meeting Wednesday include Marco Rubio, Sean Duffy, Robert Kennedy Jr. and others, who provided updates on their departments. It came a day after Trump marked the 100th day of his second presidential term.
