Fox News host Tomi Lahren celebrated Donald Trump's newly unveiled gold sneakers and wondered why President Joe Biden wasn't hawking any merchandise of his own.
The former president debuted the $399 golden shoes at a sneaker conference in Philadelphia, and all 1,000 shoes released have sold out — which Lahren described as proof of his popularity.
"Nobody merchandises like Donald Trump does, there is nobody who can move merch like Donald Trump," Lahren said. "I've never seen Joe Biden merchandise, Nikki Haley has tried and failed."
"Donald Trump knows what he's doing, and if you want to talk about connecting with young people, maybe not the worst thing in the world," Lahren added.
The shoes – Never Surrender High-Tops – debuted a day after a New York judge ordered Trump to pay $354 million in damages as part of a civil fraud case and banned him from doing business in the state for three years.
The judge had found him liable of inflating his properties' value in order to secure favorable loans and insurance.

A month earlier, the former president was hit with an order to pay $83.3 million to writer E. Jean Carroll after he was found liable of defaming her. He also faces millions in legal fees associated with his four criminal cases that are ongoing.
"Trump Sneakers are not designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization or any of their respective affiliates or principals," read the website of CIC Ventures LLC, which holds the registered trademark for the shoes.
Earlier Monday, it was revealed that buyers of the sneakers won't receive them for at least five months, and the manufacturer told them that there is no chance of a refund.
