Co-host of "The View" Whoopi Goldberg has a beef with former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani for spending a week on television saying that he saw proof that Hillary Clinton did something criminal. However, the late Sunday message from FBI Director James Comey revealed that the new emails from former Congressman Anthony Weiner's computer were all duplicates of previous emails the FBI already had. They meant nothing.

"Forty-four million people have already cast ballots," Goldberg noted of the early voting numbers since Comey's announcement he was reexamining the email situation.

She explained that no reporter interviewing Giuliani on his TV blitz asked him how he saw the evidence that "something was coming" that would indict Clinton. The sentiment was then repeated in speeches that Donald Trump gave as well.

"How did you see it when Comey hasn't seen it?" Goldberg asked. Comey didn't get the warrant for the emails until after his announcement, which Giuliani predicted was forthcoming days before. "I would say Giuliani was lying, I mean, and it bothered me, because what it did was, once again, put a doubt in my mind about as to whether I should be thinking about the FBI as yet another agency I can't trust."

She said that it also bothered her because the last thing the FBI needs is Americans questioning their work. "Because you got two boneheads [Trump and Giuliani] who think because nobody's going to say anything because they say, 'Well, I saw them,' and it's like, no, dude, you did not see them. You didn't read doodoo."

Jedediah Bila agreed with Goldberg that it caused more people to question the FBI but that it didn't necessarily move the population voting for the respective candidates.

Always one to make a perfect joke, co-host Joy Behar remarked, "Comey has accomplished one thing, people hate him more than they hate [the candidates]."
