Former Attorney General William Barr and Donald Trump’s campaign strategist Steve Bannon are among almost 200 people on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ witness list, according to a new report.

Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) and former Justice department officials Jeffrey Rosen and Richard Donoghue also appear on the list revealed by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Wednesday.

The AJC's sources included both people who have reviewed the list and people told they might have to testify, according to the report.

This news arrives hours after CNN reported former Vice President Mike Pence was on the list of those who might be called to testify in Willis’ racketeering case.

Whether Barr and the Justice department witnesses can testify in court depends on Biden administration approval, the report notes.

The sweeping witness list does not necessarily mean 200 people will take the stand: Not everyone on the list must testify, but everyone who testifies must be on the list.

Willis has accused Trump and his dwindling list of co-defendants of racketeering to overturn the 2020 election.

While Trump pleaded not guilty, four former co-defendants have accepted plea deals.
