‘Mentally unstable, up and down’: San Jose shooter’s former girlfriend details sexual abuse

The suspect in the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the San Francisco Bay Area sexually abused a former girlfriend, she said in a new interview with the San Francisco Chronicle.

The newspaper did not name the woman, since she alleged sexual assault by Samuel James Cassidy, whom she says she met on Match.com in 2008 and dated for about six months.

An apparent dispute between members of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang has left three men dead and one man in jail on federal gun charges.

"A suspected white supremacist is facing charges after allegedly ditching a bullet-riddled car containing three dead men in the parking lot of an Albuquerque hospital this week," The Daily Beast reported Saturday. "Richard Kuykendall, a 41-year-old with an "apparent association" with the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang, was charged Friday with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition for his role in the Wednesday triple homicide, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for New Mexico."

'Very dangerous' California white supremacist gang member charged in Fresno murder: report

According to KSEE, a man associated with a white supremacist gang in Fresno, California has been charged with murder.

"40-year-old Brandon Engelman from Coarsegold is charged with shooting and killing 56-year-old Pacer Hampton, of Fresno, last month. It was the county's first homicide," reported AJ Kato. "On April 13, Hampton was found in his crashed car on Olive Avenue. He had been shot to death. Detectives received surveillance video from neighbors and identified a white Chevrolet Tahoe as a vehicle of interest. Once the photo was released to the public, Mims said tips pointed them to Engelman."

Fatal shooting at Florida federal building — one man was killed: police

Orlando Police Lt. Diego Toruno on Monday updated reporters following fatal shooting at a United States Citizenship and Immigration Service Building.

Toruno said a woman and a man were walking into the building shortly before 10 a.m. when a gunman in a car opened fired. The woman was able to flee, but the man was shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is a heavy police presence in Manhattan following a shooting in Times Square.

"A mother and her 3-year-old daughter were shot Saturday evening in Times Square, police sources told The Post. The gunfire erupted just before 5 p.m. at West 44th Street and Seventh Avenue," the NY Post reports. "The mother was struck in the leg and the child was hit in the upper torso, law enforcement sources said."
