Reflecting on Donald Trump's less-then-impressive win in New Hampshire and his latest rallies that are being marred by his continual gaffes and rambling, MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski claimed the former president's re-election prospects are dimming.

Speaking with "Morning Joe" co-host Joe Scarborough, Brzezinski claimed the "optics' for Trump are not in his favor because he doesn't look well and sounds desperate.

"I'll be careful here, but from Trump's point of view, the way he thinks, it's all about appearances," she explained. "You know, how he picks the secretaries of state and everything else. 'I like how he looks. Don't know if I like the mustache. That's a sexy person.' So I'm just saying, right now, the optics are terrible for Donald Trump."

"Sweaty, sort of Rudy [Giuliani] at the end kind of feeling to his look and crazy talk," she continued. "And then you cut to Nikki Haley, who looks sharp, put together, clear in her message and younger. I'm using his standards."

"Let's face it, she's younger and he's not full Rudy," Scarborough interjected as Brzezinski noted Trump's "bronzer" problem and stated, "It hasn't started dripping down the side of his face yet."
