Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was among the two advisers involved in a national security briefings for Donald Trump. A new CIA report detailed the types of questions that Flynn was asking and their information while he was secretly working for Turkey.

Fox News' Lara Trump lamented that the Dollar Tree has raised its prices on items from $1 to $1.25 given the inflation and supply chain issues. She then implied that she shopped there, which is an unusual claim given her husband's net worth of $300 million.

The CIA released the latest chapter of the ongoing history of Presidential briefings, Micah Zenko tweeted over the weekend. According to the information provided by the U.S. spy agency, Trump didn't much care about national security, while Vice President Mike Pence did the "daily briefing" six days a week. Previous reports cited anonymous sources, but the CIA report detailed the specifics on the record. The report went even deeper into what agents experienced, noting Trump's rants and other issues.

By the time that the 2020 election rolled around, Beth Sanner was the one briefing Trump. The so-called PDB, "Presidential Daily Briefing," actually only took place twice a week under Trump and lasted about 45 minutes, with the overwhelming majority involving Trump's ranting.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) was denounced after tweeting that the new COVID variant was nothing more than an election ploy. Speaking to CNN's Jim Acosta on Sunday, Dr. Jonathan Reiner, said that he doesn't even consider Jackson to be a doctor anymore. He's a "former doctor."

Dr. Reiner, who serves as a professor of medicine and surgery at George Washington University, explained that misinformation coming from Jackson is the key reason 50 million Americans continue to refuse to get vaccinated.

Even during Donald Trump's administration, Roger Stone was convicted of felony counts of witness tampering, obstructing an official proceeding, and making false statements to Congress. He was ultimately pardoned by the ex-president. But even without Trump's Justice Department, Stone complained that they've continued to come after law-breakers.

According to Stone, however, it's all because of President Joe Biden, not because people broke the law. Speaking to WABC 770 AM radio on Sunday, Stone even complained about the group that claims to have Biden's daughter's stolen diary that surfaced after her home was broken into, The New York Daily News said.

Sarah Lowe is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Yale School of Public Health, and in an interview with CNBC, she explained that things like natural disasters just like Jan. 6 can cause trauma and when people deny the reality it makes it even worse.

On CNN Thursday, former House impeachment counsel Norm Eisen tore into former President Donald Trump and his legal team for his executive privilege claims to block information from the House committee investigating the Capitol riot would pose a threat to the executive branch as a whole.

"Let's talk about President Trump's legal team," said anchor Jessica Dean. "They're making the case the January 6th Committee could permanently damage the presidency. Do you see any legal merit to that claim?"
