Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-GA) is a key witness to the investigation into possible voter fraud in the state, after it became clear that the White House and allies of Donald Trump were pressing officials to change the outcome of the 2020 election.

The Fulton County district attorney in Georgia has been working with a special grand jury to look into the actions around the 2020 election. A special grand jury, however, doesn't have the power to indict anyone. While they can issue subpoenas, the special grand jury would have to send their findings to a regular grand jury to approve the indictments.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) was one of the far-right Republicans whose information cited by Oath Keepers under investigation by the Justice Department for their alleged roles in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Monday, the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack sent letters to Jackson along with Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Mo Brooks (R-AL). The letter asks for information that could help the probe into "the facts, circumstances, and causes of the January 6th attack."

The pillow magnet proclaimed Sunday that he was joining the social media site again after having his personal and company's accounts suspended for pushing COVID conspiracies, 2020 election lies and promoting Jan. 6 violence.

Former NFL superstar Jack Brewer appeared at the Donald Trump rally in Nebraska Sunday, announcing Republican gubernatorial candidate Charles Herbster.

Herbster has faced criticism over the past week as a second woman has come forward with sexual harassment allegations, saying that he inappropriately groped her.

Former President Donald Trump attacked Fox News in a statement released on Sunday. Trump, who frequently called the New York Times fake news, actually cited the newspaper, which addressed some of the lower ratings on specific shows for the network.

"Segments featuring Fox's own reporters consistently drew lower ratings, especially if they were covering stories the audience deemed unfavorable to Mr. Trump," the Times reported.
