Josh and Jessica Bustle have reached a plea agreement for their participation in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. Jessica infamously posted on social media that Vice President Mike "Pence is a traitor."

The couple was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in restricted building or grounds, violent entry and disorderly conduct on capitol grounds, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in Capitol buildings.

This week, a group of people testified at various public meetings in opposition to the COVID-19 vaccine, but one group stood out: those who believe that the vaccine has magnetized them. This hasn't made them super-human, they can't walk into a bank and have a pile of change come flying at them and they were still able to get out of their cars to attend the meeting. Still, an earnest woman wanted to know why a key was sticking to her chest. She had issues getting it to stick anywhere else, however.

CNN political commentator Dean Obeidallah explained that the recent news that another unruly passenger grounded a flight isn't just an occasional thing with a slight uptick in activity. In fact, airplane freak outs have grown to nearly 20 times higher than normal years.

Writing for CNN.com, Obeidallah calculated that it amounts to almost 18 incidents daily.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) tripled down on his assertion that the attack on the U.S. Capitol wasn't all that bad or dangerous.

Johnson, who didn't encounter any attackers on Jan. 6 and apparently hasn't viewed the closed-circuit camera video showing what happened that day. According to Johnson, he can tell it wasn't an "armed insurrection" because people were walking within the ropes.

Rep. Tom Rice once was among President Donald Trump's greatest advocates, with a 94 percent voting record with the former president, reported FiveThirtyEight. But now, Rice has joined the list of Trump foes the former president's allies are seeking to make an example out of.

Speaking to the Washington Post, Rice explained that he swore an oath to the Constitution when he took office, and he takes it seriously.

For the first time ever, the political action committees (PAC) of the Police Unions are launching massive ads attacking Democrats so they can make more money, said Axios.

Like all unions, cops join the union and pay dues so that their leadership can lobby for their issues and contribute to politicians who support their issues. Lately, however, it appears that amount isn't enough for the Cop groups. Their plan is to run ads attacking liberal officials who have no chance of losing their seats so that they can try and get more donors to the PAC.

Former Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks explained on MSNBC Sunday that there's no way that Attorneys General Bill Barr and Jeff Sessions didn't know about the warrants to spy on reporters, Democratic members of Congress, their staff and families, and of his own White House counsel.

Barr, Sessions and former Justice Department deputy Rod Rosenstein have all denied they knew of the subpoenas to spy, but Wine-Banks explained that's impossible because something like this would go all the way to the top.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is further attempting to prove he's pals with Donald Trump after launching a lawsuit appealed to the Supreme Court that Trump and other candidates should be able to pay themselves back the millions of dollars they use to self-fund their campaigns.

Trump loaned his campaign $10.8 million in 2015, and by March 2016, he'd given his campaign $38 million. Trump even went so far as to claim that he was willing to spend as much as $100 million of his own money to win in 2016. He didn't ultimately give that much officially, but it was certainly a lot, particularly given the hush-money payments uncovered.

There are two possible reasons that Fox News has been waging a war against Dr. Anthony Fauci, according to CNN reporters Jim Acosta and Brian Stelter.

First, Stelter thinks that Fox News has failed so many times to bring down President Joe Biden that they have to look for other people linked to Biden. But Acosta wondered if it's an attempt to reframe former President Donald Trump's irresponsible behavior during the coronavirus pandemic that ultimately killed 400,000 during his time in office.

Kayleigh McEnany keeps having to emphatically deny that she lied while serving as President Donald Trump's final press secretary. It appears to be a question that keeps coming up for her, which could be because her claim isn't one that is believable or there are so many examples of egregious statements she made over her tenure in the press room.

Among many of the critics of McEnany was PolitiFact, which has a scorecard for the former White House staffer showing most of their checks showed her lying most of the time. In fact, 56 percent of her statements were mostly false, false, or "pants on fire" false. Just 14 percent were "half true," and 28 percent "mostly true." She got 0 percent of her comments reviewed that were "true."

The Department of Justice announced the arrest of six members of the Three Percent militia who participated in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

According to Politico and Reuters, the indictment was handed down Wednesday and made public Thursday.

Kurt Volker, President Donald Trump's Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, appears to have lied under oath when testifying for the first impeachment trial of the former president, reported Mother Jones on Thursday.

When he testified in the trial, Volker said he didn't know that the president wanted Ukraine to look into unfounded allegations against then former Vice President Joe Biden.
